For a school-managed student account, the school or teacher may need to participate because the school may control the education record. Parents, guardians, and authorized representatives may be asked to document their authority.
During the pilot, we aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Identity verification and fulfillment timing depend on the request, applicable law, school involvement, and whether records must be retained. We will explain any delay, denial, anonymization, or retained-record exception.
