This page remains public so a requester can begin a privacy or education-record request without first signing in.
Requests we can review
- Access to or export of personal data associated with an account
- Correction of inaccurate account or education-record information
- Deletion or anonymization review, subject to education-record, legal, security, and audit-retention requirements
- Information about education-record disclosures
- Questions or objections about data use and retention
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] from the address associated with the account when possible. Include your name, account email, role, the type of request, and whether the account belongs to a school-managed class.
Protect your information: do not email a password, MFA code, recovery code, student answers, or full grade records. We may ask for additional identity or authority verification before releasing or changing data.
For a school-managed student account, the school or teacher may need to participate because the school may control the education record. Parents, guardians, and authorized representatives may be asked to document their authority.
Response targets
During the pilot, we aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Identity verification and fulfillment timing depend on the request, applicable law, school involvement, and whether records must be retained. We will explain any delay, denial, anonymization, or retained-record exception.
